‘The Fallen’ is an acrylic and gold leaf on canvas painting with a resin finish. This is a playful take on the exchange of trees with the environment. They are ever giving back, giving to us. They give us the oxygen we breath and take away our waste. When they go to sleep they drop their leaves giving back to the earth around them the nutrients they will need to grow again.
